Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on a MITS Edge course, how to request one, how it is paid back, and how long it takes.

1. Scope

MITS Edge (“MITS Edge”, “we”, “us” or “our”) delivers live, instructor-led online courses in scheduled cohorts for learners across the United States, Canada and elsewhere. Because seats in a cohort are limited and reserved on enrolment, refund eligibility is determined by the batch start date rather than the date of purchase. This policy applies to all course fees paid through this website.

2. Refund eligibility

Your eligibility depends on when you request the refund, relative to your cohort’s start date:

  • 7 or more days before the batch start date. Full refund of course fees, less any non-refundable registration fee where applicable, as disclosed at the time of enrolment.
  • Less than 7 days before the batch start date. 50% of course fees refunded, or a free transfer to the next available cohort, at your choice.
  • After the batch has started, within the first two sessions. 50% of course fees refunded.
  • After the first two sessions. No refund is payable. One transfer to a later cohort may be offered at our discretion.
  • Course cancelled or rescheduled by MITS Edge. Full refund of all fees paid, or a transfer to the next available cohort, at your choice.

3. Non-refundable items

The following are not refundable in any circumstance:

  • Registration or enrolment fees where separately charged and disclosed at enrolment
  • Third-party certification or examination fees already paid on your behalf
  • Any course where a completion certificate has already been issued

4. Mode of refund

Refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash, to a different card or account, or as credit, except where required by law. Where the original payment method is no longer valid, we will contact you to agree an alternative.

5. Refund timelines

Refund requests are reviewed and either approved or declined within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval. Once initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within a further 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The total time is normally 10 to 15 business days from the date of your request.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at info@mitssolution.com with your full name, the course and cohort you enrolled in, the date and amount of your payment, the transaction or order reference, and the reason for your request. Providing these details in your first message helps us review the request within the timeline set out above.

7. Related policies

For how to cancel or transfer an enrolment, see our Cancellation Policy. This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shown above reflects the current version. Material changes will not affect refund requests already submitted before the change takes effect.
