CSR Policy

MITS Edge (“MITS Edge”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the training and education arm of MITS Group. As an organisation built around expanding access to technology skills, we believe our core CSR contribution is our mission itself — and we back that with deliberate commitments beyond it, in education access, ethical operations, our people, and the communities we serve.

Our CSR activity is organised around four areas:

• Education access. Scholarships, fee waivers, and discounted seats for learners from underserved backgrounds, and free learning resources (guides, webinars, career content) made publicly available on our website.
• Community skilling. Partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organisations to run awareness sessions, workshops, and short foundational programmes in technology and career readiness.
• Responsible operations. Reducing our environmental footprint through primarily online delivery of our programmes, responsible use of office resources, and preferring digital over paper processes wherever practical.
• Employee volunteering. Encouraging and supporting our team members who wish to mentor learners, contribute to open-source or community education initiatives, or volunteer their time and expertise.

CSR initiatives are reviewed periodically by MITS Edge leadership to ensure they remain aligned with our mission, are delivered responsibly, and create measurable value for the communities involved. We do not treat CSR as a marketing exercise separate from how we run the business — it is intended to reflect the same standards of integrity we hold ourselves to in delivering courses and supporting learners.
